If you have any restrictions on joining FLO’s group classes or simply want a personalized exercise program, we will be glad to offer you our 1ON1 sessions. They will be designed to fit your specific needs, goals and busy schedules.
On your first class your instructor will perform a general evaluation of your posture, fitness level, physical condition, as well as discuss your goals. A special exercise program will then be tailor-made just for you. Your progress will be constantly monitored, your performance re- assessed and your program modified and enhanced accordingly. Whether you choose to attend our 1ON1 yoga, pilates mat or pilates equipment sessions, we are sure that you will feel and see the changes to your mind and body rather quickly and that your performance in and out of the studio will be considerably improved.
